T-1 Demarcation Patch Panels
When patching DS1 lines to RJ45 jacks, Homaco’s T-1 panel is the answer. The panel provides an affordable T-1 demarcation by combining the RJ48X modular jack into Homaco’s patch panel product line. It provides a loopback function at the demarcation point when the modular plug is removed from the RJ-48X.
The panel can be used in T-1 or ISDN applications and tested for digital operation of up to 10 Mbps. To reduce crosstalk, all internal wiring is done with twisted pairs at minimum distances. Rear cables terminated with 25-pair telco connectors. Transmit and receive signals are in separate 25-pair telco connectors (Ports 1-14 on REC1 and XMT1.
