Homaco offers a 15-year performance
guarantee for its TIA/EIA
568 certified products. Homaco will guarantee these items to perform to the standard
in place at date of purchase for 15 years when properly installed in exact compliance with
the TIA/EIA standard.
This guarantee covers only the replacement of the Homaco product. This guarantee is void
if the product is installed in an improper environment, transferred from the original
installation, or misused in any manner. No labor charges are covered. Should the product
no longer be available from Homaco, Homaco will credit the customer the original cost of
the product or provide a suitable replacement product.
Replacement product or credit will be agreed upon by both the customer and Homaco. Date of purchase documentation is required for replacement or credit. Neither the seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, whether direct or resultant. Except To The Guarantee Described Above Homaco Makes No Further Guarantees, Implied Or Expressed Regarding Its Products, And Expressly Excludes The Implied Warranty Of Merchantability And Fitness For A Particular Purpose.
The defective product must be returned to Homaco after proper Return Material Authorization documentation has been issued by Homaco Customer Service/Inside Sales department. If the product is found to be defective, Homaco will reimburse the customer for the return freight charges. Products and prices are subject to change without notice.
